Μirada is a unique solution developed and manufactured by Cybex. It is an intelligent voice assistant device, with a camera, aimed to provide easy and instant communication between elder people or patients (i.e. people with Alzheimer, physical disabilities, dementia, weakness of short-term memory) and their caregiver or relatives.

Mirada supports Auto Answer Call. The caregiver starts a two-way-audio communication without any action from the patient. Mirada auto-answers the call. The caregiver can talk with the patient and also use the embedded camera to check his/her condition. This function could be very useful in several other applications where workers cannot use their hands to answer a call (warehouses, food preparation areas, offices, factories). The patient/elder could also start a call with the press of a button. No need to dial numbers or remember names.

Midara is a small and lightweight device easy to install anywhere. Just plug it to the mains and it is ready to use. Mirada is sold preconfigured by us. Nothing to learn or to remember for its use. Midara connects to the Internet via WiFi and needs a SIP subscription for external calls.

Mirada also assists elder people/patients in everyday routine. It starts communication with a "good morning" greeting and a briefing for the day's schedule. It reminds the medication at regular intervals.It accompanies the user by asking if he wants to listen to the radio or music starting the appropriate station. Its microphone and speakers are good enough even for people with impaired hearing.
